The service “local telephone connection” (permanent wire telephone connection) is telephone connection between users that are located within the bounds of one populated area or district.

To conclude a contract of rendering telephone connection services, legal persons have to submit a written application to the local telecommunications unit. Letter to the contract conclusion is satisfied at available technical capability.

Within a month from the day of the registration of the application, representatives of the telecommunications unit are to inform to an applicant in written form about a decision made. The tariffs are fixed in accordance with the Price List № 125-1/1.

Local telephone calls are paid in the form of monthly fee or by-the-minute payment systems in accordance with the Price List № 125-1/1.
