The service “stationary wire telephone connection” (local telephone connection) is telephone connection between users that are located within the bounds of one populated area or district.

To conclude a contract of rendering telephone connection services, physical persons have to submit a written application to the local telecommunications unit. Letter to the contract conclusion is satisfied at available technical capability and document of citizen, confirming residence permit on indicated address, or document on purchasing apartment for own property.

Within a month from the day of the registration of the application, representatives of the telecommunications unit are to inform to an applicant in written form about a decision made.

The tariffs are fixed in accordance with the Price List No.125-1/1.

Local telephone calls are paid in the form of monthly fee or by-the-minute payment systems in accordance with the Price List No.125-1/1.
